Raised in the Corridor, and passionate about real estate, Katie Chalupa feels so fortunate to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.   

In addition to Katie’s 16 years’ experience helping clients, she is also the managing broker of the office she works out of, an active member of multiple committees, she heads a companywide event annually that has successfully raised over $100k for local nonprofit organizations over the years, and she is currently serving as a Director on the Board of Directors with the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors.

Katie’s base of loyal repeat clients, and referrals from past clients are the reason for her success. She is committed to listening to her client’s needs, and utilizing her experience and knowledge, paired with her keen negotiation skills to help her clients reach their real estate goals. Her enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals.
